Delivery to your hotel or apartment

a) If you are staying in a hotel we will send the device to the hotel reception desk. It will be waiting there for you when you arrive and check-in.
b) If you are staying in an apartment or private house without reception desk we will send the device directly to your address. Someone will need to be at your address to receive the package.

Pick-up at the airport

Maybe you want to enjoy your Wifirentalistanbul unit from the very first minute you land in Turkey. If that is you case we have pick-up points at the İstanbul and Trabzon airport. We will deliver your unit to the Left Luggage desk managed by Excess Baggage Company and you will be able to pick-up upon your arrival.

If you prefer to pick-up the device at our store (and meet part of the team!) you can collect your device at our store in İstanbul. We’re located in the most touristic and cool neighbourhood of İstanbul and are open from Monday to Saturday.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY WIFIRENTALISTANBUL DEVICE?

Drop-off at your hotel or apartment

a) If you are dropping-off at your hotel, we will provide you a special return envelope. You will just need to hand the package to your hotel reception desk before leaving. We will then collect there.
b) If you are dropping-off at your apartment or private house we will provide you a special return envelope. You will need to wait the courier company to come so that you can hand the package to them.

Maybe you want to enjoy your Wifirentalistanbul until the last minute before leaving home. In that case you can return from any Turkey airport. We will provide you a pre-paid envelope and you will need to put it in the Correos mailboxes located in any airport in Turkey.
